I left a bit of my heart in Port Douglas. For 100 days - nearly every single day - I was there, in that magical park watching the sunset.
When I left I was also about to return home after being away for 3 years so the goodbyes were intense. On my last week, I parked at the usual spot and went to that little beach. I wrote, cry, laughed, played ukulele and eventually flew the drone. "Wow. Look at the size of the Daintree!"
